Literature Review

Looking at my literature review in class, I think that it is more of an illustrating forwarding of a text. The reason I think it is illustrating is because I already know information about the field and I've been involved in it. I "look to other texts for examples of a point I want to make" in order for their examples to extend upon my knowledge and ideas.
